Shipping & Returns

Every return not only means extra work for you, but unfortunately also puts a strain on our environment. To do something good for you and our environment, we ask you to choose products and sizes particularly carefully . We also make a lot of effort to highlight all the important properties and characteristics of the products clearly and distinctly in order to prevent incorrect orders. In principle, returns are possible at any time within the cancellation period (14 days after delivery). Because it is important to us that our customers are satisfied with our products, we voluntarily extend the return period to 30 days. We deliberately do not include return slips in the package, because most packages are not returned to us and we do not want to burden the environment unnecessarily.

If one of our products does not meet your expectations 100% , you can return the product from Germany, Austria and Switzerland within 30 days to the following address:

Once we receive your return, it will take 14 days to process and refund your return. Please note: our products may only be returned unused , in their original packaging , unwashed and in perfect condition . In addition, all labels and other tags must be present on the product.

Complaints

If an item delivered by us is not OK in any way and the 30-day return period has expired, please contact us by email at info@freudeskind.de, stating your order number. It is best to send us pictures in which the defect is clearly visible.
